Where are you located?

We are located at 3629 N. Halsted in the boystown neighborhood. We have plentiful metered street parking in front of the store!

What are your embroidery prices?

Many of our items offer embroidery included in the price of the item. For those items, one line of embroidery is included in the price unless otherwise stated in the product description. Additional lines can be added for $6 each. A typical "line of embroidery" includes a name, monogram or initials. Some items in our store can be embroidered but do not include this service in its price. For these items you may add embroidery for $10 for the first line and $6 for additional lines.

Do you embroider outside items?

Yes, customers may bring items purchased elsewhere to have embroidered in our store. The starting price for having outside items embroidered is $15 for one line and $6 for additional lines. A typical "line of embroidery" includes a name, monogram or initials. If the material or item is very different from products that we offer, we request seeing the item first to ensure that we can fulfill your request.

How long does it take to have something embroidered?

Embroidery services are available Monday-Friday with the turnaround time generally being 2-4 business days. Service times may vary after October 1st. A rush fee may be charged if requesting same day or next day embroidery services. How many invitations should I order for my event?

The most important thing to keep in mind is that you need to purchase one invitation per household, not per person. Couples living together and families with children only count as one invitation, even though it may cover multiple guests. An additional 10% of extra invitations are recommended in case of late additions, incorrect addresses, or items getting lost in the mail.

How do I pick a "reply by" date?

For weddings, Mitzvahs and other big events, we recommend giving your guests a RSVP deadline of 3 weeks before your event date. For smaller events like wedding and baby showers or birthday parties, one or two weeks is usually sufficient.

How fast is your turnaround for printed items?

Check each specific item's product description for a more accurate turnaround time, but in general items that we print in-house will be ready 2-3 days after you approve the final design. For items that we send to our printing partners, items can take between 1-3 weeks after you approve the final design.
